Revit Architect

Location: Remote from Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, or Surabaya, Indonesia; flexible hours with required overlap with the Western Australia timezone.

What you will do

• Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical specifications using advanced Revit modelling practices.
• Maintain precise, well-structured Revit models and uphold CAD and documentation standards across large project teams.
• Develop and maintain the Revit library and Revit templates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants and design teams to workshop technical solutions.
• Coordinate construction information with steel detailers, including light-gauge and mild steel requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an Architect, including designing and drafting, with strong proficiency in Revit.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, calm, meticulous, and methodical, with the ability to maintain accuracy and avoid small errors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with ACC, including Autodesk Docs and BIM Collaborate Pro.
• Familiarity with modular buildings.
• Knowledge of light-gauge and mild steel construction and coordination with steel detailers.
• Australian project experience, especially with AS1428.1, NCC Section J, and common Australian building products.
