Salary: $105,786–$141,047, $111,074–$148,099, or $116,364–$155,152 annually, depending on state.

What you will do

• Design, code, test, document, debug, and enhance software solutions of moderate complexity.
• Write scalable, testable code and maintain unit, system, integration, and regression tests.
• Use approved AI-assisted development tools for requirements analysis, coding, documentation, code review, test generation, and problem analysis.
• Analyze integration requests, research and resolve problems, recommend and implement decisions, and enable code in hosted environments.
• Estimate project timelines, deliver work within agreed estimates, and conduct technical training for end users.
• Collaborate with team members, product owners, QA, operations, and release teams on standards, sprint commitments, release trains, and production readiness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of experience with a master’s degree.
• Strong AI proficiency, including practical use of approved AI-assisted development tools for requirements analysis, coding, documentation, code review, test generation, and productivity improvement.
• Strong unit and system testing mindset, including test planning, automated test development, regression validation, defect prevention, and production-quality release discipline.
• Ability to collaborate in Agile team environments, communicate technical trade-offs clearly, participate in code reviews, and support shared ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Proficiency in Java, REST API, API management, MySQL, Python, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Kafka, and hosted environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of optical DWDM.
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
