What you will do

• Lead business and technical requirements gathering for complex analytical initiatives.
• Build complex solutions, dashboards, and rapid proofs-of-concept using business intelligence and data analytics techniques.
• Analyze data and present actionable, data-driven recommendations to operational leaders.
• Lead small-to-medium analytical projects and support operational or financial decision-making.
• Apply independent judgment to novel and ambiguous business questions with minimal oversight.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute advanced subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute for the required degree or diploma.
• 6 years of recent relevant experience.
• Progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Proven ability to independently solve complex business problems and exercise judgment on novel, ambiguous questions.
• Strong experience building dashboards in a primary visualization tool, using Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience writing advanced SQL queries for complex data exploration and extraction.
• Experience leading small-to-medium analytical projects.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and forecasting modeling concepts.
• Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
