What you will do
- Verify and maintain producer data and support producer lifecycle administration.
- Run and analyze reports, conduct research, and prepare recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
- Support enhancements to the external-facing producer portal and related technical projects.
- Monitor producer licenses and appointments and assist with commission payment processes.
- Participate in planning and implementing projects and initiatives while supporting day-to-day operational objectives.
- Communicate with colleagues, clients, and internal or external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Full- or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university bachelor's program.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Effective communication skills for direct interaction with colleagues, clients, and internal or external stakeholders.
- Ability to provide entry-level professional services under supervision and receive guidance, training, and mentoring.
