Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States; work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on the role and business needs. U.S. employment eligibility is required.

Base salary: $105,593.46–$142,861.74 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain groups with financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations management to analyze costs, efficiencies, and performance indicators.
• Identify and categorize Operations spending and create capitalization recommendations.
• Prepare financial forecasts, annual plans, strategic plans, KPI schedules, and financial results.
• Monitor variances, analyze trends, reconcile accounting and financial transactions, and recommend corrective actions.
• Improve productivity by developing automated reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• 4+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Required experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle; Power BI; Tableau; Hyperion Planning or an equivalent platform; and Microsoft Office.
• Strong Excel skills, including Power User capability.

Nice to have

• MBA, CMA, or CPA.
• Cost accounting knowledge and experience.
