Product Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: San Francisco, USA; in-person five days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the visual quality of the product, including typography, spacing, interactions, animations, and interface details.
• Translate the complexity of a marketing automation platform into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
• Own the full design-to-code process, from exploring concepts and prototyping interactions to shipping polished, production-ready React interfaces.
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points, research solutions, design product features, answer questions, fix bugs, and ship improvements.
• Own products and features end to end, including scoping, design, implementation, and integration with the broader platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience shipping high-quality product experiences.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS, with the ability to turn design ideas into polished, responsive, production-ready experiences.
• Ability to take ambiguous product requirements and independently explore and prototype thoughtful UX solutions.
• Strong product focus, exceptional design taste, attention to detail, and willingness to work directly with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a Series A to C startup that scaled quickly.
• Interest in experimenting with new interaction patterns, ambitious prototypes, and novel UI paradigms.
• Side projects, apps, or hackathon experience.
