React Native Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, external partners, banks, SDK vendors, and third-party providers to define requirements, deliver features, resolve integration issues, and maintain technical alignment.
• Integrate and maintain third-party SDKs, native modules, and Web3/crypto libraries, including wallet features, signing, and smart contract interactions.
• Secure sensitive data such as private keys and seed phrases while enforcing mobile security best practices.
• Improve application performance, responsiveness, reliability, and overall quality by resolving bottlenecks, defects, and performance issues.
• Maintain unit, integration, and E2E test coverage; support CI/CD-based automated build, testing, and deployment throughout the application lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mobile development experience focused on React Native.
• Understanding of React Native architecture; exposure to Fabric and TurboModules is preferred.
• Ability to architect, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile applications.
• Expertise in application performance optimization, debugging, profiling, identifying bottlenecks, and resolving performance issues.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and experience enforcing strict typing practices.
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications in the App Store and Google Play.
• Experience building and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E testing strategies.
• Ability to research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and best practices; experience making informed decisions in fast-paced environments under uncertainty.
• Strong understanding of mobile security principles, secure data storage, and anti-fraud mechanisms.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Hands-on crypto and blockchain development experience, including crypto wallets, signing, and transactions.
• Understanding of Web3 technologies such as WalletConnect, EVM networks, RPC, and smart contract interaction.
• Experience with secure key storage, seed phrase handling, encryption, private key management, and cryptography best practices.
• Experience integrating complex SDKs and APIs, bridging native iOS/Android SDKs, and working with Web3/crypto libraries.
• Understanding of ERC standards and token metadata structures.
