CapEx Engineer (Mechanical Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead the coordinhirify.globalon and integrhirify.globalon of mechanical engineering for small- to medium-sized projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and complete engineering projects with strategic impact.
• Identify technical solutions, define project scope, and review or revise mechanical engineering designs.
• Define project budgets, control spending, develop implementhirify.globalon plans, and maintain project schedules.
• Develop project specifichirify.globalons and evaluate outside suppliers’ technical specifichirify.globalons for conformance.
• Coordinate project resources for installhirify.globalon and commissioning, and develop mechanical engineering expertise across internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, methods, techniques, strategy, tactics, and control systems.
• Ability to analyze informhirify.globalon, evaluate results, determine the best solution, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles, including customer needs assessment, quality standards, and customer shirify.globalsfaction evaluhirify.globalon.
• Excellent interpersonal and communichirify.globalon skills for working with internal and external customers.
• Ability to establish long-range objectives and define strategies and actions to achieve them.
• Ability to drive decision-making and troubleshooting in strategic or tactical situhirify.globalons.
• Ability to assume responsibility for the technical growth of less-experienced departmental engineers.
• Working knowledge of fundamental project management skills, with a proven record of success on large and major strategic projects.

Nice to have

• Extensive project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing small- to medium-sized engineering projects, including planning, coordinhirify.globalon, execution, and completion.
• Experience serving as a technical expert in selected processes or technical fields.
• Experience assisting with the definition of an organizhirify.globalon’s and corporhirify.globalon’s strategic technical direction.
