Senior Operational Innovation Project Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional innovation projects from ideation through scale-readiness and global implementation.
• Manage the innovation project pipeline and active portfolio, ensuring prioritization, transparency, and delivery focus.
• Develop scale-readiness plans covering timelines, investment strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Improve innovation processes through lessons learned and feedback mechanisms.
• Identify and mitigate project delivery and stakeholder engagement risks.
• Operate the Innovation Program Report and publish monthly dashboards and quarterly reviews aligned with TR/GT OKRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in operations, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 7 or more years of experience in operations, project management, or continuous improvement; candidates with more or less experience may be considered for a different level.
• Proven experience in project management, innovation management, risk management, and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills, including benefits modeling, comfort with OT/IT interfaces, and data integrity.
• Program or portfolio management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with change enablement practices, including training and communication strategies.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% as required.
