Web Developer (Vue/Nuxt.js)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada, with 3 days per week in the Toronto office.

Salary: CAD 80,000–90,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage, update, design, and scale company websites and landing pages.
• Implement codebase updates, fixes, reusable components, and web development standards in collaboration with Global Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain GTM tags and conversion tracking, including Meta Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking.
• Build responsive website layouts and user interfaces with HTML and CSS, collaborating with graphics specialists to match visual designs.
• Implement SEO, GEO, and AEO practices; develop Pardot/MCAE lead-capture forms and support accurate Salesforce attribution and tracking.
• Create documentation and unit tests, monitor website issues, and resolve them promptly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• High proficiency in HTML, Vue.js, JavaScript, virtual DOM, CSS, and SASS/SCSS.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, Nuxt.js, server-side rendering, and static generation.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Storyblok and strong JavaScript foundations.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, cross-browser and cross-platform development, and mobile devices.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console verification tags, conversion tracking scripts, and heatmap tools.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, communication, time-management, and project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous technical learning and the ability to work independently with strong follow-through.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of command-line interfaces and package managers such as NPM and Yarn.
• Understanding of NodeJS, Babel, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with Pardot lead-capture forms and website chatbot technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience developing and integrating complex software systems through the full SDLC.
• Experience working in the legal industry.
