Forward Deployed - Data & AI Product Manager

Location: Remote; Toronto, Ontario

Salary: CAD 150,000–160,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the client's Data & Analytics team and bridge Quality stakeholders, IT, data teams, and external implementation vendors.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, define priorities, and translate business needs into actionable product deliverables.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, implementation priorities, risks, issues, decisions, and launch readiness.
• Review vendor solution architectures, AI workflows, user interfaces, data mappings, testing strategies, and implementation plans; challenge gaps and recommendations.
• Shape user-facing interfaces for reviewing documentation, investigating findings, assessing exceptions, evaluating AI recommendations, and supporting release decisions.
• Coordinate business validation, UAT, defect resolution, operational transition, KPI definition, measurement frameworks, and benefits tracking.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in product management, data and analytics, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital products from requirements definition through implementation and launch.
• Strong client-facing experience building relationships and coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Experience reviewing technical deliverables, challenging proposed solutions, identifying gaps, and aligning business expectations with technical implementation.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, document intelligence, OCR, AI agents, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT, business validation, issue resolution, and implementation readiness.
• Ability to define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and connect delivery outcomes to measurable business value.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
