Graduate Software Engineer, AI/ML Test Systems (AI)

Location: Bristol, UK; applicants must already have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme without requiring visa sponsorship.

Salary: £45,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Create representative machine learning workloads and analyse numerical accuracy and performance on hirify.global accelerator hardware.
• Design tests and improve testing strategies and infrastructure across simulated and physical hardware.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated software quality checks.
• Investigate difficult software and hardware problems, using test results and performance data to identify measurable improvements.
• Connect machine learning frameworks and models with underlying hardware while collaborating with development teams on quality, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Maths, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong Python skills and proficiency in C++.
• Experience working with Linux operating systems.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Already have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Exposure to machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, Triton, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with test automation, CI/CD, data analytics, hardware architectures, or compilers.
• Experience with distributed workload management systems or MLOps pipelines.
