Treasury Management Customer Experience Specialist II (Commercial Card)

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Flexible work arrangements may apply to certain positions, but the specific arrangement will be provided by the hiring team.

What you will do

• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex Treasury Management customer servicing problems.
• Prioritize service issues and ensure timely completion with customer-accepted resolutions.
• Train or educate customers on specific products when needed.
• Serve as an internal resource for inquiries and support other departments with research, consultation, resolution, and policy or procedure interpretation.
• Recommend process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
• Mentor less experienced Treasury Management Customer Service Specialists.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Treasury Management experience.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Commercial Card experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment, resolve problems independently, inform management of issues, work with urgency, and maintain close attention to detail.
• Understanding of Treasury Management products and services or commercial banking.
