Account Servicing Associate (Fintech)

Location: Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX; in-person attendance is expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $20.40–$24 USD, plus bonus opportunities and benefits.

What you will do

• Review internal escalations from vendors and internal employees involving operational cases and process issues.
• Review customer documents for completeness and process critical updates to customer accounts.
• Perform daily account maintenance, including account deactivation and reactivation, levy notice processing, and customer information updates.
• Work with Customer Experience, Legal, Compliance, Clearing Operations, and other internal partners to troubleshoot complex account issues.
• Act as a subject matter authority for account opening and maintenance processes while providing clear, high-quality customer service.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, suggest improvements to leadership, and use AI tooling to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to meet productivity and efficiency goals.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Resourceful and adaptive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
