What you will do

• Translate future-state work into implications for roles, skills, capabilities, capacity, workforce shape, team structures, spans, layers, decision rights, and performance measures.
• Develop evidence-based workforce scenarios, options, recommendations, and executive decision papers for functional leaders.
• Facilitate discovery and future-state design, including decisions about work that should be eliminated, simplified, automated, AI-augmented, agent-enabled, or retained for human expertise.
• Build human-in-the-loop checkpoints into future-state work and contribute workforce requirements to enabling Product and Technology solutions.
• Identify implications for job architecture, learning, talent, and workforce planning, and support implementation by testing assumptions and protecting workforce intent.
• Build and scale workforce-translation methods, evidence standards, tools, patterns, and playbooks; mentor and direct Workforce Architect and Analyst Leads.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in product development, product management, service design, process design, or technology transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, and agent concepts to real work and use AI in hands-on design and analysis, including effective prompting, iterative refinement, critical evaluation, human review, and defending the reasoning and evidence behind outputs.
• Experience leading complex discovery, design, and decision-making across senior stakeholder groups without taking ownership of the work away from the business.
• Strong design-thinking, problem-solving, solutioning, facilitation, and executive-influence skills.
• Ability to connect enterprise outcomes with detailed changes in work and their consequences for roles, skills, capacity, and structure.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and create credible options where no established answer exists.
• Experience turning analysis into executable workforce, talent, or organizational decisions.

• Organization design, operating-model redesign, or workforce strategy experience applied to technology-enabled transformation.
• AI-enabled or agentic workflow implementation experience.
• Process-mining, workflow-platform, or intelligent-automation experience.
