Operations Manager (2nd Shift)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite, second shift from 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Lead front-end and back-end manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive corrective actions.
• Coach, develop, and support supervisors and hourly production personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other functional teams on business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and company operational standards; support customer visits and second-shift manufacturing leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading supervisors and hourly manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, workforce planning, and production management.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make informed business decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard business systems.
