Senior Product Manager, Money Movement Experiences (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, CA office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week; compensation zones also include New York, NY, Bellevue, WA, Washington, DC, Denver, CO, Westlake, TX, Chicago, IL, Lake Mary, FL, Clearwater, FL, and Gainesville, FL.

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 USD for Zone 1; $146,000–$172,000 USD for Zone 2; $129,000–$152,000 USD for Zone 3. Additional bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for money movement customer experiences across funding, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept through launch across mobile and web.
• Partner with design to shape product experiences, provide critique, and maintain a high bar for interaction detail and polish.
• Improve funnel conversion, transaction success, and customer satisfaction by identifying friction and failure points through research, experimentation, and analytics.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to turn payment-rail and vendor-integration capabilities into reliable, fast customer experiences.
• Work with compliance, legal, and fraud teams to meet regulatory requirements while maintaining the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping consumer products, ideally mobile-first.
• Close collaboration with designers from concept through launch, including giving and receiving sharp critique and maintaining a high bar for craft.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong product taste, with examples where product polish made a measurable difference.
• High technical empathy and experience partnering closely with engineering to resolve complex trade-offs and deliver clean user experiences.
• Familiarity with user research, experimentation, and product analytics for decision-making.
• Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity, formulate opinionated product recommendations, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Strong urgency, speed, standards, work ethic, communication skills, and ability to work with design, engineering, operations, and external partners.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or another regulated consumer space.
