Staff Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Remote; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

What you will do

• Design, develop, support, and enhance existing functionality, applications, and consumer-facing products.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, releases, and documentation.
• Develop high-quality software with attention to architecture, design, compliance, security, performance, and quality.
• Use AI software development advances to improve delivery effectiveness and business value.
• Mentor software engineers and help shape a positive engineering culture.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify bug fixes, and partner with non-technical departments on broader business needs.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience, recommended 10+ years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated success delivering SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer-facing web applications and APIs.
• Deep experience with distributed systems, cloud environments, preferably Azure, and modern architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including C#, Azure, and SQL Server.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular, Bootstrap, Vue.js, and other frontend frameworks.
• Experience with queues, caches, CDNs, and other technologies for building scalable web applications.
• Experience with SQL Azure, Azure Service Bus Queues, and Redis Cache.
