What you will do

• Maintain, enhance, and develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and enterprise analytics tools.
• Curate reporting assets covering product performance, business outcomes, milestone progress, and cyclical reporting needs.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to translate reporting requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Analyze product-facing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Support models, AI agents, and tools for consistent reporting and self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics partners to ensure data reliability, validate data quality, resolve discrepancies, and communicate recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience building dashboards and translating business questions into meaningful visualizations and insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business partners.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of product-facing business processes, performance metrics, and milestone tracking.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with data modeling, semantic models, and curated datasets.
• Experience supporting self-service analytics and dashboard adoption initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise analytics, data governance, and reporting best practices.
