Investment Research Analyst (Capital Markets)

Location: Hybrid, based in Philadelphia or Atlanta, United States, with at least 3 days per week in the office.

hirify.global’s Capital Access Platforms business provides investment thought leadership and insights based on proprietary data for institutional, advisor, and retail/wealth investor communities.

What you will do

• Retrieve, clean, validate, and analyze hirify.global proprietary and relevant third-party data for original investment research.
• Analyze investment and market data to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities across institutional and retail/wealth audiences.
• Contribute to thematic investment research, global market perspectives, tactical insights, and client-ready briefs.
• Translate quantitative findings into narratives, charts, dashboards, and visualizations for audiences with different levels of sophistication.
• Collaborate with research, commercial, marketing, and regional teams while maintaining analytical independence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment research, asset management, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts, capital markets, asset classes, and the needs of institutional and/or retail/wealth investors.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or VBA, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Nice to have

• Experience with FactSet, hirify.global eVestment, or other investment performance databases.
• Experience using AI and large language models for research, analysis, or content development, with appropriate validation and editorial oversight.
• Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
