Senior Security Engineering Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI, United States; all positions are on-site.

What you will do

• Oversee cybersecurity technologies across endpoint, network, and cloud environments.
• Build and maintain scalable cybersecurity programs focused on automation, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Partner with IT teams to integrate cybersecurity into cloud, infrastructure, and application development.
• Influence enterprise-wide technology decisions and advance key cybersecurity initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Security Engineers, set priorities, support career growth, and drive technical excellence.
• Direct incident response efforts, investigate threats, resolve issues, and strengthen cybersecurity controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a large-scale IT environment; cybersecurity-focused experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with risk management frameworks and cybersecurity practices, including NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Strong scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, or Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
