Business Systems Analyst (Oracle Cloud Supply Chain)

Location: Wotton, Surrey, United Kingdom; onsite presence required four days per week, Monday to Thursday.

What you will do

• Analyze complex supply chain business problems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state processes.
• Define business and system requirements, workflows, specifications, and application changes for Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Configure and test new features, support user acceptance testing, and deploy solutions to production.
• Act as the subject matter expert and liaison between supply chain stakeholders, IT teams, SMEs, and external consultants.
• Analyze integration points, manage issue resolution, perform root cause analysis, and support production issues.
• Support acquisition integrations, data conversions, strategic initiatives, and the internal software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing process improvement; life sciences experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning.
• Experience implementing systems that support supply chain processes.
• Ability to optimize business processes and recommend new process flows.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to prepare and conduct presentations and training materials.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with LEAN continuous improvement methodology.
• Experience writing SQL queries to quantify or troubleshoot data-related issues.
