Senior Software Engineer (AI Dev Experience)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python and related frameworks.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions on AWS, including containerized applications and workloads running on AWS Fargate.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, contribute to technical standards, and stay current with emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Solid knowledge of container orchestration with ECS or EKS and experience running workloads on AWS Fargate.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents or frameworks such as Copilot or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
