Senior Fund and Portfolio Monitoring Accountant

hirify.global provides fund and portfolio data monitoring and operational support through platforms including Xtract and hirify.global Connect.

What you will do

• Review and validate CAS, FS, cashflow, and other data processed through Xtract.
• Perform final quality assurance reviews before documents are published to hirify.global Connect.
• Monitor and reconcile portfolio positions, valuations, and investment data across multiple tenants and platforms.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify recurring operational issues, process gaps, and data inconsistencies.
• Maintain internal controls, support standardised operating procedures, and ensure adherence to operational risk management standards.
• Handle complex client and operational queries, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and support training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in an Ardian environment.
• Strong knowledge of the local regulatory framework.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for developing close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
