Scrum Master – SharePoint / Enterprise Software Platforms (EU Agency Project)

Location: Remote from Poland; must live within 2 hours of the client's Warsaw headquarters and be available to work on site when requested.

Salary: Up to 128 PLN net/h on a B2B contract.

hirify.global is a specialized technology recruitment and outsourcing company sourcing this role for an IT consulting partner working on an EU agency project.

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach team members, mediate conflicts, foster self-organization, and support team decision-making.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog ordering, user stories, product vision, and release planning.
• Remove impediments and facilitate communication between the Scrum team and stakeholders.
• Improve engineering processes, productivity, and the effective use of Scrum logs, metrics, and charts.
• Help stakeholders adopt Scrum while balancing technical quality with new feature delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional IT experience and at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Minimum Bachelor’s or Engineer’s degree at Level 6; an ICT-related degree is not mandatory.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Scrum Master certification, such as PSM or CSM, or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum rules, techniques, and practices, with concrete examples of ceremonies conducted in own projects.
• Expertise in estimating and planning iterative and incremental software development, plus knowledge of Kanban and XP.
• Experience as a team lead with strong communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience introducing at least three improvements to team working practices during the last 12 months.
• Genuine involvement in the business context and goals behind the team’s work.

• Experience with SharePoint development projects.
