Middle Manual QA Engineer (AI-agents)

What you will do

• Perform manual testing across software development projects.
• Create test cases and maintain test documentation.
• Apply different testing types according to project needs.
• Conduct API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Configure AI agents for QA tasks using skill books and instructions.
• Use AI to analyze requirements and user stories, identify gaps and ambiguities, and build agentic flows that generate reports or documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in manual testing and a solid technical IT background.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and TDLC.
• Practical knowledge of different testing types and when to apply each.
• Experience creating test cases and test documentation.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Experience working in a Scrum team.
• Understanding of SQL syntax and basic knowledge of HTTP, HTML, and XML/JSON.
• Practical experience working with AI agents in QA processes, including configuring an agent for a specific task through skill books and instructions.
• Experience writing effective prompts for AI tools, applying AI to requirements and user story analysis, and building agentic flows that execute defined tasks and automatically generate reports or documentation.
• Upper-Intermediate English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of or experience with automated testing.
• Experience on AI/ML-related projects.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tools for integrating AI agents with Jira, TestRail, Confluence, or other work systems.
