Onboarding Engineer (PropTech)

Location: Headquartered in central Stockholm, Sweden; the role is based onsite at the headquarters.

What you will do

• Lead technical integration processes for new customers and develop implementation plans tailored to their needs.
• Configure and implement integrations between hirify.global and BMS, IoT devices, business applications, and BIM models.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges and provide technical support throughout onboarding.
• Document integration processes and create standardized workflows for common scenarios.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to improve the integration experience.
• Maintain customer relationships after integration to support continued success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in system integration, technical implementation, or similar roles.
• Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data protocols, and system architectures.
• Experience with building systems such as BMS/BAS, IoT platforms, or PropTech solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English.
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with building automation protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Knowledge of IoT communication standards including MQTT and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with BIM software and standards.
• Experience with data transformation and ETL processes.
• Background in customer success or technical account management.
