Python Developer Senior

Location: Remote in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize Python scripts and backend systems for data processing, automation, and data analysis.
• Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines for large healthcare datasets.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows in Windows environments using PowerShell and Command Line or Batch scripting.
• Review and apply healthcare regulations to support system compliance and data integrity.
• Document technical findings, workflows, and process changes, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced Python proficiency for backend development, task automation, and data manipulation or analysis.
• Deep SQL knowledge, including relational databases, query optimization, indexing, and data warehousing principles.
• Hands-on Windows environment scripting experience with PowerShell or Batch for task scheduling and system operations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and enforce healthcare regulations and data privacy rules, including HIPAA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear technical documentation and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
