Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant

ACCESA is delivering a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative focused on finance and controlling solutions.

What you will do

• Design, implement, configure, customize, and continuously improve SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes and applications.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions, specifications, process designs, interfaces, and data models.
• Provide functional architecture and process recommendations for SAP Finance-related solutions.
• Ensure integration between SAP FI/CO, other SAP modules, applications, and external systems.
• Analyse production incidents, identify root causes, and provide sustainable functional solutions.
• Collaborate with business departments, product teams, technical specialists, and external implementation partners; maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant, ideally at senior level.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes and functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO configuration, customizing, and implementation of finance-related business processes.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and sustainable SAP solutions.
• Good understanding of SAP Finance architecture, integration concepts, cross-module dependencies, interfaces, and data exchange between SAP and other systems.
• Experience in engineering, consulting, or technology environments, ideally within agile product teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
• Very good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of cross-functional SAP processes and integration with SD, MM, or other relevant modules.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects or international ERP environments.
• Experience in agile product teams and cross-functional delivery environments.
• German language skills.
