C++ Engineers (Mid & Senior) – Crypto HFT – Remote OR Dubai

Location: European Economic Area (remote) or Dubai; permanent contract.

Proprietary trading firm running high-frequency strategies across major crypto exchanges.

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize low-latency trading systems in modern C++.
• Build and maintain crypto-exchange connections for market data feeds and order entry over WebSocket, REST, and FIX.
• Work with quants and traders to put trading strategies into production and improve their speed.
• Profile and tune code for latency and throughput, including cache behavior, memory layout, lock-free design, and networking.
• Own systems from design through production support and live trading.

Requirements

• Strong modern C++ 17/20 skills and a solid understanding of performance.
• Experience with Linux, multithreading, networking, and systems programming.
• Mid-level candidates: approximately 3+ years of commercial C++ development experience.
• Senior candidates: approximately 5+ years of experience and a record of designing and owning performance-critical systems.
• Experience in HFT, market making, or exchange connectivity is required.
• Pragmatic, ownership-driven approach and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team.
