TL;DR
C++ Developer (HFT) (high-frequency trading): Designing exchange connectivity and maintaining high-load, low-latency C++ applications for a scaling trading platform with an accent on market links, performance optimization, and system reliability. Focus on reducing latency across the trading stack, solving scalability challenges, and building stable integrations with new exchanges.
Location: Relocation to Dubai preferred; remote work is also available.

What you will do
- Design and implement market links and exchange connectivity.
- Maintain and improve high-load, low-latency C++ applications.
- Reduce latency to optimize trading performance.
- Ensure system reliability and stability as the platform scales.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and trading teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience, primarily with modern C++.
- 2+ years of high-frequency trading experience.
- Experience with high-load and low-latency systems.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including REST and WebSockets.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of financial markets and the FIX protocol.
- Experience with AWS, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Python, or Kafka.
