Creative Technologist (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, the Marketing Transformation Team, and other stakeholders, to ideate, design, and develop visual projects.
• Create innovative campaign and product visuals using AI image-generation tools.
• Design, model, and render 3D assets for integration with AI-generated imagery or independent use.
• Retouch and enhance photographs for print and digital platforms.
• Monitor advancements in AI image generation, 3D design, and retouching techniques; troubleshoot technical issues in visual projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience with AI-based image-generation tools and platforms, including an understanding of underlying algorithms.
• Proficiency in industry-leading 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
• Mastery of photo retouching with software such as Adobe Photoshop and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling solutions by combining AI, 3D, and retouching techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Commitment to staying current with evolving AI and 3D technologies.

• Experience with Stable Diffusion.
