Informatica Data Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, with 2 days per week onsite. Candidates must already be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain data engineering solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Work with SQL, relational databases, Informatica Data Masking, and data integration architectures.
• Implement ETL/ELT processes and optimize data platform performance.
• Work within structured environments using version control and deployment processes.
• Collaborate autonomously and with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills, including Informatica Data Masking.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration architectures, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in structured environments with version control and deployment processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English at B2 level.
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto or Lisbon, 2 days per week, while already being based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC and PowerCenter-to-IDMC migrations.
• Experience with CI/CD and Python or Shell scripting.
