Product Designer - Internal Startups (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; fully in person, five days a week from the office

Salary: €3,000–€5,500 gross per month, including RSU package

What you will do

• Own the design of internally built, stealth startup products in a 0-to-1 environment where product-market fit is still being explored.
• Manage the full design cycle from research, ideation, and validation to UI and UX design for all product-flow scenarios.
• Collaborate with entrepreneurs in residence and software engineers across internal startup teams.
• Adjust code with AI and transfer design ideas to software engineers.
• Deliver visual designs in a fast-paced, AI-heavy environment and introduce usability improvements, brand updates, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in product design, preferably building products from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of and appreciation for user experience design, including research, testing, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and content.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytics skills.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new things.
• Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and fast iteration.
• Proficiency in or strong curiosity about working with AI.
