What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and architecture direction for Windows servers and related infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, file and print services, and supporting platforms.
• Administer Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange environments, including monitoring, performance tuning, patching, security remediation, user account management, and backup and restoration for Exchange, SQL, and Windows servers.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security; troubleshoot high-impact issues; perform integration testing, detailed analysis, and root-cause assessments.
• Support Help Desk teams and administrators, manage Windows helpdesk tickets through ITSM tools, and build and maintain desktop and laptop OS images.
• Perform PC imaging and account creation using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Design, test, evaluate, and deploy infrastructure solutions while leading technical projects from requirements through completion and coordinating formal project meetings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a primary administrator supporting Windows Server, VMware, and Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows infrastructure administration, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support.
• Experience with PC imaging and user account provisioning using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess issues, think logically, and implement effective technical solutions.
• Strong organizational and project execution skills, including planning, prioritization, coordination, and on-time project delivery.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with teams and engaging internal and external customers.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MCSE: Core Infrastructure certification.
• Microsoft Exchange Server certification.
• Experience in enterprise or multi-site IT environments.
