Senior AI Engineer (Marketing AI)

Location: Tel Aviv; remote work is indicated in the conditions.

What you will do

• Design and build agentic workflows, AI agents, orchestration layers, and supporting infrastructure.
• Drive ambiguous technical areas from initial concept to working capabilities.
• Scale AI platforms from an initial workflow to adoption across the marketing organization.
• Contribute to system evaluation, quality, and reliability.
• Work directly with marketing users and translate their needs into software systems.

Requirements

• Substantial software engineering experience and a track record of building and shipping complex systems.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic or LLM-based systems, including agent workflows, prompt and context design, failure-mode handling, and production delivery.
• Strong product instincts, including the ability to define ambiguous problems and identify valuable solutions.
• Comfort working in a small, flat, fast-moving team with significant individual ownership.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical marketing partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic-system orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, or knowledge bases at scale.
• Marketing-domain familiarity or a genuine interest in marketing.
• Experience taking systems from early prototypes to broad organizational adoption.
