Account Manager (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote

hirify.global operates in the iGaming industry and works with B2B partners in an international team.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B partners while building trusted relationships and delivering a strong partner experience.
• Document client activities, tasks, and requests accurately.
• Monitor payment timelines and coordinate financial matters with internal teams.
• Communicate promotions, new opportunities, upsell initiatives, and additional products to partners.
• Coordinate client requests with Promo, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead client onboarding, monitor deadlines, and ensure smooth execution across all stages.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as an Account Manager within an iGaming provider, aggregator, or platform.
• Understanding of B2B partnership management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work with data and interpret analytical reports.
• Experience using spreadsheets for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
