Senior Product Designer

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in Romania.

What you will do

• Partner with founders, product leads, clients, and stakeholders to translate business goals into customer-focused product experiences.
• Lead product design end-to-end, from discovery and research through interaction design and production-ready execution.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals when making design decisions.
• Collaborate with clients, PMs, and engineers to set product direction and ship high-quality work.
• Contribute a point of view on craft, process, emerging technologies, and design trends.

Requirements

• Experience leading product design end-to-end, from strategy through production-ready execution, with work that drives customer and business results.
• Strong judgment and process skills, including knowing when to conduct deeper research and when to move quickly.
• Strong UX foundations across research, interaction design, user testing, and accessibility.
• Strong visual craft across layout, typography, iconography, color, and motion, with the ability to deliver polished, production-ready work.
• Excellent written, visual, and spoken communication and presentation skills, including direct client presentations.
• Experience collaborating closely with clients, PMs, and engineers, including managing expectations, navigating disagreement, and maintaining alignment.
• Experience shipping products with startups or founding teams and building from zero without established design foundations or processes.
• Experience working with US clients.
• A portfolio is required and must be included with the application.
