Full Stack Developer (Onboarding & Enablement)

Location: On-site in Breda, Netherlands. Candidates must already hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.

Salary: €3,750–€5,500 per month.

What you will do

• Build the self-service onboarding experience that takes customers from sign-up to their first message in minutes.
• Automate customer-request processing and configure the correct settings across internal systems and external suppliers.
• Enable new messaging channels and supplier partnerships without increasing customer-facing complexity.
• Drive automation across the customer journey for people and AI agents.
• Own work from idea through production, including operation on the infrastructure.
• Use AI tools to improve, automate, and share development practices with the team.

Requirements

• Medior to senior full stack development experience with hands-on front-end and back-end experience.
• Strong Angular skills for front-end development.
• Strong C# and .NET skills for back-end development.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
• Ability to work on-site in Breda and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps or systems engineering.
• Curiosity about AI and experience experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
