Business Analyst (Banking)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with 2 days per week at the office.

What you will do

• Manage functional solutions for financial interfaces supporting financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and credit risk reporting.
• Define operational and accounting schemes, control frameworks, and data flow structures based on project requirements.
• Document functional and technical specifications for IT, financial systems, and engineering implementation teams.
• Coordinate project tasks and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the evolution of the chart of accounts and contribute to testing strategies and all accounting and reporting test phases.
• Provide post-implementation support for reporting users.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting.
• Familiarity with banking products or capital markets products.
• Experience with financial information systems and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum B2 level of English and required Portuguese language skills.
