Customer Service Representative

Location: Hybrid position based at the Samandira-Sancaktepe facility in Istanbul, Turkey, serving customers in Turkey and Greece.

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for customers in Turkey and Greece through email, phone, live chat, and online presentations.
• Manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery schedules with Planning and Logistics.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, order discrepancies, and technical issues.
• Build relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and solutions.
• Make warm outbound calls and maintain accurate sales activity and customer data in the CRM.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in internal sales or customer service. Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Minimum university degree.
• Full fluency in Turkish and English.
• Creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit for growing a sustainable business.
• Good command of MS Office programs.
