Talent Acquisition Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid, with the office in Carnaxide, Portugal; remote work is available one week per month. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
