Business Analyst (Microsoft)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, data, business goals, project benefits, priorities, system components, and features.
• Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories; maintain them throughout the systems lifecycle.
• Translate business, user, and technical needs into business requirements specifications and support business experts and product owners during software development.
• Analyze existing systems, identify solution options, and support business cases and feasibility studies.
• Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management, and business process validation.
• Plan continuous process improvements, collaborate with end-to-end process owners, identify efficiency opportunities, and coach Frontex staff on upcoming changes and new skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years of relevant project experience.
• At least one internationally recognized certification among CCBA or equivalent, Certified UML Professional at foundation level, BPM 2 fundamental level, or an equivalent certification accepted by the Contracting Authority.
• C1 English proficiency under CEFR.
• Experience with at least one complete software solution lifecycle.
• Knowledge of BPMN-based business process modeling, requirements and user-story elicitation and analysis, and UML analysis and modeling notations, including capability, activity, state, and logical data model diagrams.
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or equivalent tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation, and strong problem-solving skills.
• More than 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst on a large-scale project with a budget exceeding €1M.
• Experience analyzing business processes, including Financial Management, Legal, HR, and other administrative processes.
• Experience in business analysis involving Microsoft SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

Nice to have

• Experience with Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, and Project Management processes.
