Business Sys Analyst III (Lottery)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Estimated starting compensation: PLN 158,000–243,000. Employees may also be eligible for a target annual performance-based bonus of 10% of salary.

What you will do

• Lead business, technology, and project management stakeholders in integrating business requirements with system functionality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Elicit, analyze, validate, coordinate, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops, use-case documentation, gap analyses, and solution design activities.
• Support the implementation of large-scale and technically complex business systems, processes, enhancements, and related environments.
• Manage requirements traceability, change control, risks, issues, and project-specific Business Analysis Plans.
• Supervise business analysis activities, conduct research, present information to customers, and manage workload delivery.

Requirements

• BS or BA with 5–6 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent education and training in a business functional area.
• At least 4 years of industry experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio.
• Experience with use-case development, Software Requirements Specification, business process modeling, and software requirements methodologies.
• Proficiency in System Development Lifecycle methodologies covering requirements definition, testing, and implementation.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with a requirements management tool such as DOORS.
