Graphics Programmer / Render Developer (Unity)

Looking for a Graphics Programmer / Render Developer — fully remote 🎮

We're working with a mobile game studio whose games have reached 200M+ downloads. They create casual and ASMR-style games where visuals are a core part of the experience — flowing paint, dynamic grass fields, glitter, and other satisfying real-time effects.

We're looking for someone who enjoys experimenting with graphics, inventing new rendering techniques, writing shaders, and making unusual visual effects run smoothly on mobile GPUs.

What you'll do
• Build original graphics technologies and write shaders
• Optimize unconventional rendering algorithms for mobile devices
• Create satisfying real-time visual effects and animation techniques

What we're looking for
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with shaders, rendering, and real-time animation
• Experience with Unity + HLSL; Unreal Engine / GLSL experience is also considered
• Good understanding of the graphics pipeline and mobile GPU limitations
• Strong math skills: trigonometry, vectors, matrices
• Experience with code-driven animation: functions, motion physics, tweens, easing
• A good eye for color, composition, and visually satisfying effects
• Visual examples of your work — videos, projects, ShaderToy, ArtStation, etc.
