Regional Marketing Manager North Eastern Europe (Medical Diagnostics)

Location: Remote, based in the Netherlands; position associated with Amsterdam, Netherlands. Regular travel across North Eastern Europe and, when required, other EMEA locations is required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute field marketing plans for North Eastern Europe, aligning regional needs with EMEA and global objectives.
• Research local markets, customer segments, trends, and competitive positioning across the Nordics and Eastern Europe.
• Convert market data into actionable insights using MEKKO charts, market models, and related analytical tools.
• Coordinate campaigns, demonstrations, educational events, trade shows, customer symposiums, and thought leadership initiatives with Sales, Commercial, Business Units, Marketing Communications, and channel partners.
• Support regional product launches through the DBS Launch Excellence process, including planning, KPI measurement, and post-launch analysis.
• Manage marketing performance, customer and market visibility, thought leadership programs, and relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, distributors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant field marketing or product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or diagnostics.
• Proven regional marketing experience across the Nordics and Eastern Europe.
• Experience working across indirect or hybrid commercial channels and executing marketing plans with distributors and direct commercial teams.
• Experience developing market analysis and strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple countries with differing market dynamics.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing and managing thought leadership programs with subject-matter experts, key opinion leaders, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable insights and measurable marketing plans and work effectively across commercial and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to travel regularly across North Eastern Europe and other EMEA locations when required.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required depending on assigned activities.
