Video Editor (Performance Creative)

What you will do

• Create content designed to drive consumer attention and measurable engagement, including views, likes, comments, shares, and retention.
• Edit raw footage into polished, platform-native videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop hooks, pacing, structures, and iterations that improve creative performance and scalable content results.
• Monitor platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques.
• Contribute to ideation, brainstorms, kickoffs, meetings, and performance-driven strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor Creators and, when applicable, Art Directors and Copywriters on ideation, execution, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience creating content across platforms such as social, streaming, AR, music, film, or interactive media.
• Professional video editing experience, preferably in advertising, digital media, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Ability to execute content from start to finish, including video and motion design.
• Strong understanding of social platform best practices and performance metrics.
• Responsible, accountable, self-starting, and proactive approach to work.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and foster positive team dynamics.
