Binance Accelerator Program - Applied Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan. The arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Design and develop LLM-powered pipelines for agentic trading, including reasoning agents, MCP-based tool-use frameworks, and automated workflows across crypto markets.
• Build and evaluate prompt engineering strategies, test-time scaling approaches, and retrieval architectures for on-chain data, market feeds, news, and sentiment signals.
• Design and run model evaluation experiments, define quality metrics for financial agent reasoning, execute benchmarks, and synthesize actionable findings.
• Analyze agent performance in live trading scenarios, including decision accuracy, latency, reliability, and adversarial robustness.
• Write and execute Python code for strategy logic, data pipelines, and agent evaluation while collaborating with engineers to ship production features.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Strong Python programming skills and demonstrated AI-native development practices using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot Workspace as a core part of the workflow.
• Foundational understanding of large language models, including attention mechanisms, prompting, and the difference between standard generation and reasoning models.
• Structured problem-solving approach and ability to operate independently on defined tasks.
• Applicants must be current university students or recent graduates.
