Cost Manager (Data Center)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; on-site work in Port Dickson and/or Kuala Lumpur

What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims, commercial issues, change orders, and contract issues.
• Assist with final accounts and claims to help clients obtain value from completed works.
• Create estimates and cost plans for client developments.
• Prepare cost documentation and communicate timely information to support project management and decision-making.
• Participate in tender and bid processes, from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend through valuations, cost reports, and communication of variations.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• A degree or comparable experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Ability to work on site in Port Dickson and/or Kuala Lumpur.
• Ability to manage personal priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through openness and shared purpose.
