Supply Chain Business Operations Manager (Chonburi Based)

Location: T. Nongchak, A. Ban Bueng, Chon Buri, Thailand; onsite role with 50% travel. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Lead complex supply chain processes covering inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning.
• Execute demand and supply matching, connect planning to execution, identify issues and assess their impact.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, develop recommendations, and provide management insights.
• Lead cross-functional regional and global planning teams, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate with global business units and supply bases.
• Define and review performance metrics, communicate planning requirements, and lead improvement actions.
• Lead and manage a Regulatory Trade Compliance program while mentoring junior-level staff.

Requirements

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced university degree is preferred.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience in a supply chain function and experience across more than one supply chain function.
• Broker’s license and/or 6–10 years of experience in customs or global trade.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain processes across plan, source, make, and deliver.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, ATP, master scheduling, inventory modeling and analysis, and national and international trade requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, statistical analysis, financial modeling, and analytical tools for business decisions.
• Very strong project management, leadership, team-building, conflict resolution, relationship management, communication, influencing, business acumen, and technical knowledge.
• Capability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and a strong understanding of hirify.global’s supply chain strategy.
• Excellent understanding of developing and managing a trade compliance program.
• Mastery of English and the local language.
